Australian Shipping

Free express shipping for orders over $300 AUD.

International orders — New Zealand

Orders shipped to New Zealand go via International Standard shipping (NZD conversion applied at checkout, flat rate). GST is not currently collected at checkout. If your order exceeds NZD $1,000, you may be responsible for New Zealand customs duties or import taxes when your parcel arrives.

International orders — United States

Orders shipped to the United States go via International Standard shipping. Prices shown at checkout do not include US customs duties or import taxes.

As of August 2025, the US government suspended the long-standing $800 duty-free "de minimis" exemption for all countries. This means every shipment into the United States is now subject to customs duties, regardless of order value — there is no minimum order size that qualifies for duty-free entry.

As the recipient and importer of record, you are responsible for any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by US Customs and Border Protection or charged by the delivery carrier when your order arrives. These are collected separately from your Luxe Jadeite order total.
