Our Story
I was ten years old when my uncle — my mum's eldest brother — gave me a jade Guanyin pendant in gold for my birthday. The wish behind it was simple: that the Goddess of Mercy would watch over and protect me, always. I've carried some version of that wish ever since, long before I understood what made the stone itself so remarkable.
That curiosity followed me into engineering, where I first became genuinely interested in jadeite as a material — its structure, its rarity, the precision required to grade it honestly. After more than a decade working as an engineer, I wanted to return to that early passion properly: to collect and share genuinely beautiful, natural Burmese jadeite, and to bring the same standards-driven rigour I apply professionally to how I source, verify and describe every piece.
Every piece in our collection comes through a trusted, established Burmese jadeite supplier relationship, built the same way I'd trust any specification — get it right, and be honest about what you can and can't promise. I'm also currently working toward formal gemmological certification through the Gemmological Association of Australia (GAA), because credentials should back up expertise, not just describe it.
I hope every piece that leaves Luxe Jadeite finds the person it's meant for — and that, like the pendant I received at ten, it brings its new owner a little luck, protection and peace of its own.

Why Shop With Luxe Jadeite
Buying jade online means trusting a photo and a claim. We think that trust should be earned with specifics, not slogans — so here's exactly what stands behind every piece we sell.
Every piece is genuinely one-of-a-kind. We don't sell repeatable designs restocked in batches. Each bangle, bracelet, necklace, ring, and pendant in our catalogue is a single natural stone — once it's sold, that exact piece is gone for good. What you see in a listing photo is the literal, individual item you'll receive.
We name the actual lab behind every certificate. A jadeite certificate is only as good as the laboratory that issued it, so we tell you which one did. Our pieces carry certificates from accredited testing centres including NGTC, Zhongzheng, Zhongjian, Beijing Huashou Guojian (HSNGTC), HZDK, and ZJSL — and we show you what a real certificate from each looks like in our guide to how jadeite is authenticated, so you know exactly what you're being promised before you buy.
Our 100% Money-Back Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee has real, published terms. If a GIA laboratory report or certificate ever confirms that a piece you bought from us isn't genuine Type A jadeite, we refund 100% of your purchase price — no restocking fee — at any time, for life, with proof of purchase. The full terms are in our refund policy, not just a headline.
We tell you when something doesn't fit the usual mould, too. Our handmade-in-Australia pieces are assembled locally from genuine Burmese jadeite that never passes through a Chinese lab's certification pipeline as a finished item — so rather than staying quiet about it, we explain exactly why, and how we still stand behind it as Type A.
What Makes Our Jadeite Special
Not all jadeite is equal. The market is flooded with treated, synthetic, or misrepresented stone — which is why every piece in our collection is only Type A untreated, which means the stone is completely natural, with no chemical treatments, polymer impregnation, or artificial enhancement of any kind. So, the beauty is inherent from within the stone itself and two pieces can never be the same.
Our Expertise
We have years of experience sourcing, evaluating, and curating jadeite across a full spectrum of grades — from icy, translucent lavender bangles to vibrant Imperial Green (Di Wang Lü) cabochons. We understand the nuances of colour saturation, transparency, texture, and craftmanship that determine a piece's true value, and we apply that knowledge to every item we offer. Curious what actually drives the price difference between pieces? See our guide to jade pricing.
Certified and Trustworthy
Each carefully curated piece is accompanied by its Type A untreated certificate, naming the specific lab that issued it. For our customisation services, they don't come with certification. However, please rest assured that we only use Type A untreated natural jadeite pieces along with fine jewelry materials in gold and silver to create something uniquely yours. We stand behind the authenticity of every item we sell, backed by our published 100% Money-Back Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee — if you ever have a question about your piece, we are here to help.
